By accessing or using the jil99 platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or downloading the jil99 mobile application — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

By registering on jil99, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. jil99 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

To access the full range of jil99 services, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all jil99 accounts:

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active jil99 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. jil99 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed, and associated balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. jil99 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jil99 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jil99 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify jil99 support immediately.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jil99 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4.1 Deposits

jil99 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the jil99 platform from time to time. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jil99 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the jil99 cashier section. These limits may vary by payment method and player account tier. jil99 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the jil99 account. jil99 aims to process e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) within minutes of approval, and bank transfer withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) business days.

jil99 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. During such checks, the withdrawal may be temporarily held. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on jil99 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. jil99 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

jil99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jil99 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• jil99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses expire after the period specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from the player's account.

All bets placed on jil99 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets. The following general betting rules apply across all jil99 products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. jil99 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.

• jil99 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are independently audited for fairness.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jil99 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or verification, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating bets in live casino games.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the jil99 platform without human input.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using jil99 to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider. Players who initiate chargebacks will have their accounts suspended and the chargeback amount recovered.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jil99 staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the jil99 platform — including but not limited to the jil99 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, and audio — is the exclusive intellectual property of jil99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jil99 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any jil99 content without prior written permission from jil99.

Any unauthorized use of jil99's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

jil99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on jil99, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the jil99 Privacy Policy.

jil99 implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and jil99 cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the platform.

jil99 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the platform and compliance with applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jil99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jil99 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or account information;

jil99's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jil99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Initiation of unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes;
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account closure, jil99 will return any verified real-money balance to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and after deducting any amounts owed to jil99. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Players may also voluntarily close their jil99 account at any time by contacting jil99 customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction over online gaming disputes in the Philippines.

Players may submit a formal dispute to jil99 support within seven (7) days of the disputed event. jil99 will investigate and respond to all formal disputes within fourteen (14) business days.
